I see my involvement in the project having 3 parts; importing ACCESS data 
into MySQL, web interface to MySQL data, user control and authentication.

IMPORTING ACCESS DATA:	($600)
- Microsoft Access tables can be exported into a CSV format. Putting the 
data into the MySQL database can be accomplished by way of a PHP script 
that handles file upload through the browser and inserting and purging data 
from the web MySQL database.
- CSV file will be uploaded from the computer with ACCESS to the web site 
through a browser interface.
- Database will be purged before importing data.
- Administrative functions will be protected by a username and password.

WEB INTERFACE TO MySQL DATA: ($600)
- A columnar or tabular layout which displays: factory order number, 
purchase order number, make, model, vehicle ID number, data ordered, 
quantity, and status of vehicles in the database. All fields will be 
sortable in ascending or descending order.
- Customer name will be displayed at the top of every page.
- Lupient Fleet Sales logo and graphics will be supplied by customer if 
required.
- Consistent layout between pages.

USER CONTROL AND AUTHENTICATION AND SERVER SETUP: ($500)
- There will be approximately 100 unique customer ID, password, and company 
name records.
- Apache module mod_auth_mysql will provide access control in conjunction 
with the customer table.
- User access web site by logging in with a customer ID and password pair.
- User remains logged in until they exit their web browser.
- Customer ID, password, and company name are maintained on the web site. 
Tools would be provided to add a customer record, modify a customer record, 
or delete a customer record.
- I will coordinate server setup and software installation with Voxel Dot 
Net, Inc.

Anything beyond what I have outlined above I will do on an hourly basis for 
a fee of $40 an hour, in 15 minute increments. I will maintain an unlimited 
license to all of the code I write as will Jarvis Computer Software. 
Lupient will provide me with a sample CSV output and (optionally) an ACCESS 
database file.
