30-Nov-2002: The tower supporting the anemometer and wind vane at Wiscoy at a mishap early this week that destroyed the mount and part of the anemometer. They have been fixed and re-installed. The tower is currently tipped over so the wind readings will not be accurate. Rain appears to be fixed.

22-Oct-2002: Rain seems foobar. Perhaps the bucket is frozen tipped, or something like that. Ignore it. Wind speed is working again, however.
